Is JusBooking Rewards live yet?
The programme is rolling out in phases. Your account already has a Rewards section where your balance and tier appear, and earning rules are being switched on progressively. Joining now means you are in from the start.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. Creating a JusBooking account is free and automatically enrols you at Silver tier. There is no membership fee and no card required.
How do I earn points?
Through a welcome bonus when you join, points on every completed stay, and bonus points for writing a verified review after your trip. Signed-in guests also see member-only rates independently of points.
How do tiers work?
Everyone starts at Silver. As you book and stay more, you progress towards Gold, which earns points faster and adds priority support. Your progress bar is visible in your account.
Where can I see my balance?
Sign in and open Rewards in your account. Your available balance, current tier, progress to the next tier and full points activity are all there.
Do points expire?
Points may carry an expiry period. If any expiry applies to your balance, it will be shown in your account well before it takes effect, so nothing disappears without warning.
Programme terms & conditions
- JusBooking Rewards is being rolled out in phases. Full earning and redemption rules will be published here before the programme opens to all guests.
- Points are earned on confirmed bookings that are completed. Cancelled or no-show bookings do not earn points.
- Points hold no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Tier status and earning rates are set by JusBooking and may be adjusted as the programme develops.
- Points may carry an expiry period. Any expiry applied will be shown in your account before it takes effect.
- Redemption is against the room rate on eligible bookings. Taxes and fees are payable on the balance.
- JusBooking may change, suspend or withdraw the programme at any time. Points already earned will be honoured in line with the rules in force when they were credited.
